Improve regeneration
Cécile Pieper has been playing in the A squad of the German national field hockey team since 2013. Since then, she has proven that she can also play in very different positions and is thus, rightly, considered a very changeable player. In the summer of 2021, she moved to the Dutch Hoofdeklaas, which is considered the best field hockey league.
The many training sessions as well as the match days on weekends demand a lot from the body and so it is not surprising that after an intense training period the legs are heavy.
To prevent overtiredness of the body, MITOcare supports Cécile since December 2022 with products that not only optimize the energy supply of the body, but also promote regeneration during intense stress.
How can nutritional supplements support the regeneration process?
Minerals are not without reason considered elementary building blocks for bone and joint health. The combination of minerals, amino acids and mitotropic substances, ensures optimal cell supply. The MITOcare Sport series offers this complete package for performance and regeneration in recreational and competitive sports.
