Hanna Granitzki is one of the most versatile players in German field hockey. She made her debut in the German national team jersey as a defender and is now on the pitch as a feared forward.
Since summer 2022, Hanna has also been part of the MITOcare athlete community. She notices a big difference, especially in the area of her own performance.
More energy in sports
In the current competition season, many competitive athletes face an enormous workload. This is also the case for field hockey players. In addition to club training and Bundesliga games, there are also training courses with the national team and international matches. So it would not be surprising if the body suffers from overtiredness.
To counteract this, it is particularly important to give the body the nutrients that are not only conducive to regeneration, but also provides enough energy for the next training sessions.
Strengthen mitochondria with micronutrients
In order to produce the energy carrier ATP, the body needs not only sugar, fat, oxygen and amino acids, but also many vitamins, which are cofactors of the mitochondrial enzymes. Since the body is not able to produce vitamins itself, it is important to supply them additionally. The mitochondria products from MITOcare offer good support to additionally strengthen the power plants of our cells and thus support the energy metabolism.
