This versatile and high-quality nutrient complex combines a  selection of bitter herbs with a rich supply of valuable short, medium and long-chain fibres, including inulin, beta-glucan, konjac and maca root, hemp, artichokes and acacia fibre. Of particular benefit is the additional use of nucleotides, a yeast extract rich in ribonucleic acid, as well as human oligosaccharides, all of which are also found prom-inently in breast milk. A special sugar mix consisting of D-tagatose, isomalt, xylitol and erythritol instead of ordinary sugar contributes to the maintenance of tooth mineralisation⁶ and at the same time makes the various bitter substances more palatable. Furthermore, natural vitamin C from the acerola cherry is used which, together with zinc, enhances the function of the immune system⁷ and protects the body cells from oxidative stress⁸. Despite the absence of chemical additives, Flora Total dilutes well in water and is also suitable for a vegan diet.
