Why are minerals & trace elements so important?

Minerals & trace elements are essential micronutrients that support almost all important bodily functions – from energy metabolism and the immune system to cellular health. Among other things, they help conduct electrical signals in the body as electrolytes. An increased need can arise from stress, lack of exercise, or an unbalanced diet.
