Our MITOcare add·on Copper contains organic copper that is bound to the amino acid glycine as bisglycinate (chelate). Copper is essential in the body, is involved in many enzymatic processes and is mainly found in bones and muscles. Accordingly, it contributes to healthy connective tissue1. The immune system2 and energy metabolism3 also benefit from a sufficient copper intake. Copper also supports cell protection4 as well as skin5 and hair pigmentation6. The essential amino acid lysine, which is a component of collagen polypeptides in the body, complements the product.

Dosage: 
Take 1 capsule 1x per day with approx. 200 ml of still water – for best effect at least 30 minutes before a meal.
