This product is vegan and free of any GMO content or allergens (gluten, lactose etc.) in accordance with EU Regulation no. 1169 / 2011, Annex II.

Dosage:

Mix 1 g (equals 1 measuring spoon) 2 × per day in 100-200 ml of lukewarm water or herbal tea and ingest – for best effect at least 15 minutes before a meal.
