Regaining his previous strength
An injury is especially significant for athletes. Ligaments, bones and joints are affected, but also the willingness, energy and belief in a goal can get destroyed. As soon as one is injured, the idea of, “When will I regain my previous strength?” becomes prominent.
During the healing process, an athlete faces many challenges: muscle building, regeneration and relearning of motion sequences. These processes can be supported by using targeted nutritional supplements.
How can nutritional supplements support the process of regeneration?
There is a reason why minerals are known for being elementary building blocks of bone- and joint health. The combination of minerals, amino acids and mitotropic substances ensure cell supply. The MITOcare Sport series offers this complete package for performance and regeneration for both recreational as well as high performance sports.
“During my regeneration phase, I noticed how effective the MITOcare nutritional supplements were for my body, and how they helped my regeneration. Today, the products still support my performance.”
