Dosage:

Swirl the bottle several times before use. Consume 1 × daily 30 ml (equivalent to the contents of the enclosed measuring cup) pure or in combination with water - for best effect in the morning on an empty stomach or at least 30 minutes before a meal.

Dosage Tip:

Use the measuring cup that is attached and drink 30 ml of it – for best effect pure in the morning.
