The German Nutrition Society (DGE) recommends that adults consume at least 30g of dietary fiber per day. Dietary fibers are fibrous components of plant foods and serve mainly as supporting elements for the plant. The complex branched sugar molecules cannot be broken down by the human intestine, which is why most of them pass through the gastrointestinal tract unchanged and are excreted again. The positive properties of dietary fiber include its high swelling capacity, which, by binding water, increases the viscosity of the food. The increase in stool volume stimulates bowel activity.

For our Flora Stable we only use valuable nutrient and plant compounds – 100% gained from natural raw material sources. As a conscious choice, we refrain from using any unnecessary fillers and additives.

This product is vegan and free of allergens (gluten, lactose etc.) in according to EU Regulation no. 1169 / 2011, Annex II.

Dosage:

Add 7.5 g (approx. 1 heaped teaspoon) each morning and evening to plenty of juice, warm or cold water, milk, yogurt, cereal or fruit. Stir or blend well.

Dosage Tip:

You can spread it over your muesli or porridge in the morning.

Consumers with swallowing difficulties or insufficient fluid intake are at risk of choking. Experience shows that the change to a high-fiber diet is initially experienced as unfamiliar. We therefore recommend gradually increasing consumption to the total dose within a week.
