Christopher Rühr is one of the most successful strikers in German field hockey. Not only is he instrumental in almost every goal he scores, but he also consistently scores the most spectacular goals.

When Christopher is not on the field hockey field, he is taking care of his medical studies or spending a lot of time with his girlfriend Nike Lorenz. Both share some interests, such as cooking, reading or traveling.

Intestinal problems in sports

Christopher Rühr has to deal with intestinal and digestive problems time and again, which drain a lot of energy during the game and also affect performance. Even though, as an experienced athlete, he has already found tricks to deal with it, such as eating pieces of banana after substitution, it is a stressful issue for the athlete.

Even before the 2023 World Hockey Championship, Christopher was taking some MITOcare products, which he also tolerated well and which helped him perform at his best in India. Since March 2023, Christopher has been receiving full sponsorship with Health Check-up and appropriate products.
