How long do I have access to the course?

After purchasing the course, you have unlimited access to the content. You will receive an access link to the course content via email.

Is the course also suitable for older people?

Yes, absolutely. It's never too late to rejuvenate your body. I've had 75-year-olds in my workshops who have had many aha moments with their bodies. Of course, you need a little more patience as you get older for your body to adapt—but generally, you also have more patience as you get older 😉

Brauche ich Vorkenntnisse?

Nein. Da du einen Körper hast und in diesen wohnst, bist du quasi schon Experte 😉.

How long does the course last and can I complete it at my own pace?

You can complete the course at your own pace, and you should, as every body and lifestyle is different. Plan one to two hours for the introductory videos. You can perform the routines in the second part daily or a few times a week. The course doesn't have a "duration"; you can and should do the routines again and again. However, my goal is for you to get to know your body's logic, understand the idea behind the routines, and eventually no longer need the course.

Who are the routines not suitable for?

If you have an acute injury, talk to your therapist, doctor, or trainer beforehand to see if you can do the exercises.

Is the Masterclass also suitable for professional users?

Yes, absolutely – the routines can be excellently integrated into therapeutic work. They promote breathing, movement skills, regeneration, and stress regulation – and thus provide support in many areas, such as pain, hormonal imbalances, or limited mobility. Further information can be found in the MITO experts area under "Cooperations".
