Glutathione is a tripeptide formed from the three amino acids glutamic acid, cysteine and glycine. It repairs reactive oxygen compounds by means of chemical reduction, continuously protecting the body cells from damage through free radicals. The liver, as well as immune cells and red blood cells, have a high glutathione concentration compared to other tissues. In the red blood cells, the body's own glutathione has the essential task of reducing methaemoglobin, which is no longer able to transport oxygen, back to functional haemoglobin. In principle, glutathione is present in the body mostly in reduced form, i.e. with the ability to neutralise free radicals. However, increased oxidative stress due to environmental agents and lifestyle habits can lead to a dominance of oxidised glutathione.

The high vitamin C content in the product acts as an antioxidant², contributes to energy-yielding metabolism¹ and the immune system⁴ and has a positive impact on blood vessel health⁵. OPC from grape seed extract rounds off this formula.

This product is vegan and free of allergens (gluten, lactose etc.) in accordance with EU Regulation no. 1169 / 2011, Annex II.

Dosage:
Shake the bottle gently several times and open carefully. Stir 8 ml (see scale of the attached measuring cup) 1x per day into approx. 50-100 ml of still water or juice and ingest immediately. Store in the fridge and use within 6 weeks once opened.
