in the tab "Health Claim"
The range of action of vitamins in the body is extensive and not limited to the immune system, energy metabolism and connective tissue such as muscles, bones, blood vessels, skin, hair, etc. Some vitamins have an antioxidant effect, others contribute to healthy vision, heart function, blood formation, mental performance and cell specialisation. Vitamins are vital and essential; they cannot be produced by the body itself and must be supplied through food.
Total Vitamins combines all water and fat-soluble vitamins in a single formula. Of particular note is the use of three different bioactive B12 compounds (methylcobalamin, hydroxocobalamin and adenosylcobalamin), bioactive riboflavin and vitamin B6, folic acid as methyl folate and vitamins A, C and E from purely natural sources. It also contains vitamin K2 as MK7 all-trans, which is widely known for its benefits. Additionally, this high-quality vitamin complex includes OPC from grape seed extract and phosphatidylserine from lecithin and choline.
