Anne Schröder is an essential part of the Bundesliga team from Club an der Alster as well as the German national field hockey team. As a true midfield motor, she is directly involved in the playing success of her team and covers many kilometers in every game. So it's not surprising when the battery is empty after a long day or an intense game. That makes it all the more important to help with regeneration.
Regeneration is key
In the current competition season, many competitive athletes face an enormous workload. This is also the case for field hockey players. In addition to club training and Bundesliga games, there are also training sessions with the national team and international matches. So it would not be surprising if the body suffers from overtiredness.
To counteract this, it is particularly important to give the body the nutrients it needs for regeneration so that it can resume its previous performance the next day.
How can supplementation support the regeneration process?
Minerals are not without reason considered elementary building blocks for bone and joint health. The combination of minerals, amino acids and mitotropic substances ensures optimal cell supply. The MITOcare Sport Series offers this complete package for performance and regeneration in recreational and competitive sports.
"In your late 20s, you don't put away all the training and natio sessions as easily as you did when you were in your early 20s. However, since I've been taking MITOcare, I've noticed that my body recovers better and faster after training sessions, which makes me feel fitter again."
