Faster regeneration after games and training sessions

Anne Schröder is an essential part of the Bundesliga team from Club an der Alster as well as the German national field hockey team. As a true midfield motor, she is directly involved in the playing success of her team and covers many kilometers in every game. So it's not surprising when the battery is empty after a long day or an intense game. That makes it all the more important to help with regeneration.

Regeneration is key

In the current competition season, many competitive athletes face an enormous workload. This is also the case for field hockey players. In addition to club training and Bundesliga games, there are also training sessions with the national team and international matches. So it would not be surprising if the body suffers from overtiredness. To counteract this, it is particularly important to give the body the nutrients it needs to be able to resume its previous performance the next day.
