Our MITOcare add·on Magnesium contains magnesium, which is bound to the amino acid derivative taurine. Magnesium is involved in protein synthesis and several hundred enzymatic processes. It is also involved in the transmission of stimuli and signals in the nervous system3 and supports psychological function4. Furthermore Magnesium is involved in all ATP-dependent reactions and therefore contributes to an intact energy-yielding metabolism5 and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue6.
