in the tab "Health Claim"

Vitamin B Complex combines all eight essential B-vitamins and impresses in particular with the use of the purely bioactive forms of vitamin B6 and folic acid, as well as the two most highly valued bioactive forms (methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin) of the important vitamin B12. These three B-vitamins contribute to homocysteine metabolism, a key process in the body.1  Homocysteine is a waste product of protein metabolism, which must be bound and converted or excreted. Since the body is unable to produce B-vitamins itself, they must be absorbed through food. In addition to the effect on the nervous system3, mental performance4 and psychological function3, this product also supports the maintenance of skin, hair and mucous membranes.6

Which complex product from the category
"Vitamins & Provitamins" is right for me?

Why are vitamins so important?

Vitamins & vitaminoids are central functional nutrients for basic supply that the body – with a few exceptions – cannot produce itself. As cofactors for numerous enzymes, they support the networking & coordination of biological processes like a lubricant – from nutrient utilization to energy production in the mitochondria.

The goal of our formulations is to specifically provide the body with the vitamins involved in these central processes – so your body can work with what it needs. We rely on high-quality, bioavailable raw material forms instead of simple standard variants.

All products focus on different aspects – here you can find out which one suits your goal:

Note: Food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced diet & healthy lifestyle.

☀️ ADEK Vitamin Oil – the fat-soluble base
  • Core goal:Basic supply of all four fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E & K
  • USP/exciting ingredients:Not just vitamin D – the formulation covers all four fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E & K together, each highly dosed and bioavailable. Coconut & olive oil serve as carrier oils (fat-soluble vitamins need fat for absorption), 97% natural raw material sources, high vitamin E content for cell protection
  • For whom:For vitamin D supplementers, anyone focusing on a complete fat-soluble vitamin supply, healthy aging from within thanks to vitamins A & E, anyone interested in bones, cartilage & teeth, as well as women focusing on their hormone balance
  • Notes:Individuals taking anticoagulant medication (of the coumarin type) should consult their doctor before consuming vitamin K-containing food supplements. Pregnant women should only take this product after consulting their doctor due to its vitamin A content. To avoid excessive intake of vitamin A, this product should not be taken together with other vitamin A-containing food supplements. Not vegan (Vitamin D3 from sheep's wool)

☀️ ADEK₁K₂ Vitamin Oil – the extended variant
  • Core goal:Like ADEK, supplemented with additional vitamin K1 in a 1:1 ratio with K2
  • USP/exciting ingredients:Phylloquinone (K1) is the bioidentical, i.e., body's own, form of vitamin K and is metabolized faster than K2 after absorption – targeted intake can therefore be useful. K2, in turn, contributes to the maintenance of normal bones. The combination of both vitamin K forms thus covers a broader spectrum than K2 alone, supplemented with the same high vitamin E content as in ADEK Vitamin Oil
  • For whom:For anyone who wants to cover the topic of fat-soluble vitamins even more comprehensively – especially with an interest in both vitamin K forms

🧠 Vitamin B Complex – the vegan B vitamin base
  • Core goal:Supply with the complete B vitamin complex for mental performance, reduction of fatigue & psychological function – relevant for all neurological & energy-related processes in the body
  • USP/exciting ingredients:All 8 essential B vitamins in vegan, bioavailable & highly dosed form, supplemented with folate (important for vegans & pregnant women), OPC for cell protection and inositol
  • For whom:For students & seniors focusing on brain support, vegans with increased B vitamin requirements, pregnant women, and anyone interested in "Beauty from Within" (skin, hair, nails)

⚖️ B vitamins & Trace Elements – the cost-effective two-in-one solution
  • Core goal:Basic supply of B vitamins & minerals in one product
  • USP/exciting ingredients:All 8 B vitamins in bioavailable form combined with 9 minerals (8 of which are essential) – slightly lower dosed than the individual products Vitamin B Complex & Premium Minerals
  • For whom:For anyone looking for a more affordable alternative to separate B vitamin & mineral products, e.g., older people who want to swallow fewer capsules
  • Notes:Certain risk groups (e.g., those taking medication, heart conditions, diabetes, pregnant women, kidney/liver diseases) should consult a doctor before taking.

🍋 Vitamin C Complex – the highly bioavailable combination
  • Core goal:Targeted, highly dosed vitamin C supply for the immune system & collagen formation
  • USP/exciting ingredients:1,200 mg vitamin C from three raw materials (camu-camu, buffered magnesium L-ascorbate, fat-soluble ascorbyl palmitate) for particularly high bioavailability, supplemented with magnesium & 3 amino acids that are part of collagen
  • For whom:For anyone who wants to proactively or acutely support their immune system, as well as anyone focusing on collagen formation (skin, blood vessels, teeth, bones, cartilage) – good combination with Premium Collagen

🌈 Vitamins Total – the complete complex
  • Core goal:All water- & fat-soluble vitamins in one product
  • USP/exciting ingredients:Bioavailable form of all vitamins
  • For whom:For anyone who wants all vitamins covered and is looking for a premium product in bioavailable form
