You can find the explanation of the superscripted numbers
in the tab "Health Claim"

During sleep the body focuses on the generation and regeneration of body cells such as immune cells, muscle cells, bone cells, nerve cells, germ cells and many others. The sleep hormone melatonin initiates the deep sleep phase of the human body. During this phase the body’s glymphatic system becomes more active to support regeneration processes. With increasing age, the pineal gland of the human body produces less melatonin and the average sleep duration decreases.

NEUROnight* has been specifically developed to shorten the time it takes to fall asleep.1 Its beneficial effect already occurs when taking 1 mg of melatonin (~1 capsule) shortly before going to bed. Melatonin can also provide relieve from subjective jet lag sensations,2 which can benefit people working in shifts. In addition to melatonin, the product also contains the bioactive form of vitamin B6, which helps to regulate hormone activity.5 It also contains the amino acid L-tryptophan, as well as the valuable plant substances ashwaganda, lavender, passion flower, lemon balm and hops.

Which complex product from the category
"Nervous System" is right for me?

Why is my nervous system so important anyway?

The nervous system consists of approximately 10¹⁰ nerve cells (neurons) that transmit signals with the help of neurotransmitters – these chemical messengers act either as excitatory or inhibitory agents & thus maintain a finely tuned balance. This applies not only to conscious thinking and feeling, but also to unconscious bodily functions such as digestion, heartbeat, or breathing, which are controlled by the autonomic nervous system.

The goal of our formulas is to specifically provide the body with the micronutrients involved in the normal functioning of the nervous system – so that your nervous system can work with what it needs. In doing so, we combine two levels: scientifically tested micronutrients with an approved health claim and selected substances from natural product research, such as traditionally known plant substances or natural compounds like melatonin & amino acids.

All products address different moments of need – whether activating, calming, balancing, or for the night. Here you can find out which one suits your goal:
