Vitamin C Complex combines both water-soluble and fat-soluble vitamin C forms with the aim of creating a differentiated and bioactive supply of vitamin C for the body. For this purpose, natural vitamin C from the camu camu plant, buffered, non-acidic vitamin C from magnesium L-ascorbate and lipophilic (fat-soluble) vitamin C from ascorbyl palmitate powder were used. Vitamin C is an important component for the immune system¹ and also promotes the absorption of numerous other substances. In addition, vitamin C contributes to the formation of collagen for the connective tissue, thus supporting the function of blood vessels, skin, teeth, gums, bones and cartilage⁴. The formula is completed by the valuable amino acids L-proline, L-lysine and L-threonine.

Dosage:

Take 2 capsule 2x per day with approx. 200 ml of still water – for best effect at least 30 minutes before a meal.
