Fats are essential building blocks of the body and support numerous important functions. Monounsaturated fatty acids, such as those found in olive oil, play a particularly important role in this. Replacing saturated fatty acids in the diet with unsaturated fatty acids can contribute to maintaining normal blood cholesterol levels. 4 Omega-3 fatty acids are essential polyunsaturated fatty acids that the body cannot produce on its own and must therefore be obtained through food or supplementation. They are structural components of cell membranes and are particularly found in tissues with high metabolic activity.

DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) and EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid), which are mainly found in marine sources, support the normal function of the heart 1 and contribute to the maintenance of brain function 2 and normal vision 3 .

We use only valuable nutrients for our Olive Oil + Omega 3. We consciously avoid unnecessary fillers and additives.

This product is vegan and free from allergens (lactose, etc.) manufactured in accordance with Regulation (EU) No. 1169 / 2011, Annex II.

Dosage:
Pour 16.6ml (see scale on the enclosed measuring cup) onto a spoon twice a day and consume – ideally with a meal.

How long does the oil last after opening?

After opening, our Olive oil + Omega 3 if stored in a cool, dry place away from light, it will last for about 4-6 weeks – ideally in the refrigerator or in a cool storage room (max. 10-15 °C).

Notice: The oil may solidify in the refrigerator—this is not a quality defect, but rather due to the olive oil content. It will become liquid again at room temperature.
