Purely natural silicon from bamboo shoots and millet

165 mg silicon per capsule - 90 capsules per jar

Without fillers – with pullulan capsules from natural agriculture

In the earth's crust, silicon is the second most common element after oxygen. Through external intake, it is also present in almost every body cell, even if only in small quantities. It is mainly found in skin, hair and nails, but also in other organs. Silicon is known for its high water-binding capacity, which is one of the reasons why it has been used for a long time in the cosmetic field, e.g. for moisturising. Silicon is considered as a beauty factor for firm and supple connective tissue. With increasing age, the amount of silicon in the skin decreases apparently even more so in women than in men. The relationship between silicon and aluminum is also interesting and increasingly discussed.
