Vitality* Mushrooms provide not only vitamin D for a healthy immune system¹ but also a composition of 7 selected vitality mushroom extracts: Agaricus blazei murrill (almond mushroom), ling zhi also known as reishi mushroom (Ganoderma lucidum), Cordyceps sinensis (Tibetan caterpillar fungus), Hericium erinaceus (bearded hedgehog mushroom), maitake (ram’s head), shiitake and Inonotus obliquus (chaga mushroom).

Vitality mushrooms, also known as medicinal mushrooms, have been known and highly appreciated in the Far East for thousands of years. Cordyceps sinensis has already been described in ancient times. It grows in the highlands of Tibet at an altitude of 3,000 to 5,000 metres – the habitat of the yaks. These long-haired cattle are known to be particularly resistant to harsh climatic conditions. Their diet includes the rare Cordyseps sinensis, which contains minerals and vitamins as well as some amino acids such as L-tryptophan and specific polysaccharides that are typical for fungi. Traditionally, this mushroom is also eaten by shepherds. From there it has found its way into today’s health-minded nutrition.

Our product Vitality* Mushrooms contains additional vitamin D for the function of the immune system¹ and maintenance of bones and teeth². Vitamin D also has a function in cell division, which is the basis of human growth and maintenance of all bodily functions.

For our Vitality* Mushrooms we only use valuable nutrient and plant compounds – packed into a vegan capsule shell of pullulan. As a conscious choice, we refrain from using any unnecessary fillers and additives.

This product is vegan and produced without allergens (gluten, lactose etc.)

Dosage:

Take 1 capsule 2x per day with approx. 200 ml of still water – for best effect at least 30 minutes before a meal.
