Spanish extra virgin olive oil in BalanceOil+ is made with extra virgin olive oil from the Spanish Picual olive, selected for its high content of Omega-9 and very high content of antioxidants. Omega-9 (oleic acid) is of great importance because it actively supports the normalization of cholesterol levels in the blood.4 The olives are collected and pitted before the actual harvest, so only the fruit is cold pressed. The result is an extra virgin oil rich in omega-9 (oleic acid) and with a very high content (over 750 mg/kg) of antioxidants (called polyphenols). Both have a very beneficial effect on the body.15 The polyphenols protect not only the BalanceOil+ in the bottle, but especially your cells.
