The German Nutrition Society (DGE) recommends that adults consume at least 30g of dietary fiber per day. Dietary fibers are fibrous components of plant foods and serve mainly as supporting elements for the plant. The complex branched sugar molecules cannot be broken down by the human intestine, which is why most of them pass through the gastrointestinal tract unchanged and are excreted again. The positive properties of dietary fiber include its high swelling capacity, which, by binding water, increases the viscosity of the food and leads to longer satiety. The increase in stool volume and the fact that the body's own intestinal bacteria break down dietary fiber into short-chain fatty acids and use them as food stimulates intestinal activity and promotes healthy intestinal flora. Our product Flora Stable is a carefully formulated, vegan, intestinal active fiber complex consisting of 17 plant substances.
