The only difference from our proven and popular ADEK Vitamin Oil formulation is the new combination of vitamins K2 and K1 (25 µg each per drop), while maintaining the same total vitamin K dose (50 µg per drop). We continue to use the natural and highly bioavailable vitamin K2 form "MK7-all-trans." For the added vitamin K1, we rely on the bioidentical compound phylloquinone, which we use in an isolated form, since compounds from plant-based vitamin K1 sources are poorly absorbed by the body. Embedded in our proven oil matrix, this ensures excellent bioavailability.
Due to the short residence time of K1 in the blood and the associated rapid metabolism (K2 stays in the blood significantly longer), people with an increased vitamin K1 requirement in particular can, by taking additional vitamin K1, supply their body with vitamin K holistically and access it more quickly. The general functions of fat-soluble vitamins in the body are widely known: Vitamins D and A support, among other things, the function of the immune system1 , vitamin K contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and normal blood clotting. The high proportion of natural vitamin E offers cell protection against oxidative stress. 2 Vitamin A also contributes to normal iron metabolism.

This product is vegetarian and allergen-free (gluten, lactose, etc.) in accordance with Regulation (EU) No. 1169/2011, Annex II .
Dosage:
1 drop once daily – ideally consumed in a little water with a meal.
Application:
Place drops directly on the tongue or add to some water or to a meal.
Dosage tip:
You can also add the ADEK1K2 vitamin oil to your coffee, juice, smoothie or breakfast.
