Our MITOcare add·on Manganese contains organic manganese gluconate in combination with the amino acid L-threonine. Manganese serves as a cofactor for many enzymes and must be supplied to the body through food as an essential trace element. Manganese is found mostly in the bones and bone marrow. It supports the formation of connective tissue1 and the maintenance of healthy bones2. Manganese also contributes to energy metabolism3 and helps to protect cells from oxidative stress4. Manganese is accompanied by the essential amino acid L-threonine, which is found in the body in the elastin fibers, among other places.

Healthy to the core:
As a conscious choice, we refrain from using any unnecessary fillers and additives.

This product is vegan and free of allergens (gluten, lactose etc.) in accordance with EU Regulation no. 1169 / 2011, Annex II.

Dosage:
Take 1 capsule 1x per day with approx. 200 ml of still water – for best effect at least 30 minutes before a meal.
