5 | 🧬 Analyze your DNA
Your saliva sample will be carefully analyzed and evaluated according to our complex algorithm upon arrival at our laboratory. This can take up to 10 business days. We will then send you your results in printed form to the address you provided.
6 | 📬 Your results will be sent to you by post
You will receive a high-quality folder containing the results of your MyNutriGenes® genetic test. The evaluation is clearly structured, presented visually as bar charts, and explained in an easy-to-understand way. This allows you to see your genetic predispositions to nutrient metabolism at a glance – concise, clear, and immediately actionable.
7 | 🥗 Develop your individual nutrition plan
The genetic test shows you how your body metabolizes carbohydrates, fats and proteins, what your genetic predisposition is with regard to weight management and which food intolerances should be taken into account.
Based on this information, you can tailor your diet to your genetic metabolism – either independently or, ideally, together with a nutritionist or qualified therapist. This results in a personalized nutrition plan that isn't based on diet trends, but on your genetic blueprint – for lasting well-being and your ideal figure.
This is how your genes are decoded.
The analysis of MITOcare Diagnostics test kits is performed using a polygenic calculation model – this means that all individual contributions of each genetic variant in conjunction with the environment are taken into account (polygenic effect). The complex algorithm creates an evaluation model based on a multitude of variables, i.e., genetic characteristics. The result of the evaluation model is more important than the number of genes that might be flagged as altered. No genetic variant should be interpreted in isolation – except for vitamins (since multiple genes contribute to multiple vitamins).
The results are presented in an easily understandable and graphical format as a bar chart – making interpretation particularly easy.

Disclaimer
Lifestyle genetics is a branch of genetics that studies the relationship between genes and individual traits that influence a healthy lifestyle. Using information about genetic predisposition to create a nutritional plan should be combined with information about physical characteristics (e.g., age, sex, etc.) and behavioral information (e.g., eating habits, physical activity, etc.).
The results of the genetic test cannot be used for clinical diagnosis, disease prevention, or the assessment of a clinical condition. The result of the genetic test is not dependent on the physical or clinical condition or the therapy management of the tested person.
Analyze the genetic predisposition of your body structure
With the MyNutriGenes® genetic test, we analyze your body structure, including metabolism, fat metabolism, and weight management, and present the results in an easy-to-understand way:
