Our MITOcare add·on Chromium contains the essential trace element chromium, which is bound to organic picolinic acid. In the body, chromium is mainly found in the liver, spleen, lungs and bones and is primarily involved in insulin secretion. Accordingly, an adequate intake of chromium supports a healthy blood sugar level1 and contributes to an intact metabolism of macronutrients - especially carbohydrates2. In this product, chromium is accompanied by the amino acid L-ornithine, which plays a role in the body's urea cycle.

Dosage:
Take 1 capsule 1x per day with approx. 200 ml of still water – for best effect at least 30 minutes before a meal.
