This versatile and high-quality nutrient complex combines a selection of bitter herbs with a rich array of valuable dietary fibers, including inulin, beta-glucan, konjac and maca root, oat bran, hemp, artichokes, and acacia fiber. Of particular note is the additional inclusion of nucleotides, a ribonucleic acid-rich yeast extract, and human oligosaccharides, all of which are also prominently found in breast milk. The use of D-tagatose instead of regular sugar contributes to the maintenance of tooth mineralization 6 and, together with the vanilla powder, enhances the palatability of the various bitter substances. Furthermore, natural vitamin C from acerola cherries is included and, together with zinc, supports immune system function 7 and helps protect body cells from oxidative stress 8 . Despite the absence of chemical additives, Flora Total exhibits good water solubility and is also suitable for a vegan diet.
