Food supplement with biotin, magnesium, chromium and choline

The TaGa Mix powder complex combines ingredients that support selected metabolic processes and functions in the body.1,2,3,5,6,7,8 These include specifically biotin and magnesium for energy metabolism3, which takes place in the mitochondria of the cells, and choline for lipid metabolism2, which takes place mostly in the liver. Biotin supports the maintenance of healthy mucous membranes1, which often act as a protective layer in the inner cavities of organs. These include, for example, the mucous membranes of the respiratory tract (nose, windpipe, bronchial tubes), as well as those of the reproductive organs and the digestive tract such as the stomach and intestines.
  1. Biotin contributes to the maintenance of normal mucous membranes.
  2. Choline contributes to normal lipid metabolism.
  3. Biotin and magnesium contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism.
  4. Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue .
  5. Chromium contributes to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels.
  6. Biotin and Chromium contribute to normal macronutrient metabolism.
  7. Choline contributes to normal homocysteine metabolism.
  8. Choline contributes to normal lipid metabolism.

The intestinal mucosa covers a total surface area of about 180 m2, making it one of the largest tissues in our body. An intact intestinal mucosa performs a wide range of functions in the body. These include protection against harmful substances, as well as the breakdown (digestion) and intake (absorption) of nutrients, for which it produces enzymes on a large scale. Embedded in the mucosa are numerous immune cells, which not only defend our body against dangerous germs but also control and maintain the intestinal microbiome. Accordingly, maintaining healthy and functioning mucous membranes is of great importance. After the blood has been enriched by the absorption of nutrients in the intestine, it flows to the liver, where it is further metabolised. In addition to many metabolic processes, the liver is also responsible for the conversion and breakdown of fats (lipids). Choline is one of the nutrients that specifically supports the liver in performing its function.8
