Our innovative product EAP (Exome Amino Acid Pattern) is based on the so-called "exome"-based amino acid pattern. This innovative scientific approach to the amino acid pattern is based on the natural composition of human proteins. The concept differs from other classic reference models, such as the Master Amino Acid Pattern (MAP), which derive the pattern from nutritional models. The "exome" refers to the part of our DNA that contains the blueprints for proteins – the body's basic building blocks. EAP contains all 20 proteinogenic amino acids in a precisely balanced ratio.

Proteinogenic amino acids are those proteins that the human body can use directly to build proteins. Proteins, in turn, perform numerous functions in the organism: They are components of muscles, skin, enzymes, hormones, and transport structures, among others. Each amino acid fulfills a specific role in the body's metabolism – some are important for the formation of enzymes, others serve as starting materials for messenger substances or are involved in tissue stability. In addition to the "exome"-based amino acids, our product contains the proven nucleotide complex, which provides the building blocks for DNA and RNA. The combination thus offers an innovative approach to nutrient supply based on scientifically sound principles and represents a particularly good supplement to the daily diet.

Our product contains vitamin C, which contributes to the normal function of the immune system 4 and helps protect cells from oxidative stress 5 . Vitamin C also supports normal collagen formation for the healthy function of blood vessels, skin, teeth, gums, bones, and cartilage 3 and contributes to nerve stability 6 . EAP provides proteinogenic amino acids as building blocks of the body's own proteins and can thus usefully supplement the protein supply in the daily diet.

What does the name EAP mean?

EAPis short forExome Amino Acid Pattern– a novel innovative concept, according to which the amino acid pattern is based on the human genetic “blueprint” = exome-based amino acid pattern.

What is the exome-based amino acid pattern?

The exome-based amino acid pattern is a novel approach consisting of all 20 proteinogenic amino acids in a specific ratio. The composition is based on the most common building blocks in the human exome, i.e., the gene segments that encode proteins. The amino acid composition is based on the human biological "blueprint."

What does “proteinogenic” amino acids mean?

The term "proteinogenic" means something like "involved in protein synthesis." There are exactly 20 proteinogenic amino acids in the human body. These 20 are the building blocks of all the body's own proteins for muscles, enzymes, hormones, antibodies, connective tissue—virtually every structure and function in the body is based on them. Proteinogenic amino acids include the essential amino acids that the body cannot produce itself, as well as the nonessential amino acids that the body can produce itself but cannot produce in sufficient quantities in certain situations. Especially in old age, during extreme stress, during special phases of life, or during intensive physical activity, the body's own synthesis is not always sufficient and can be supplemented with our product.

Who is the product for (target group)?

The EAP is an all-rounder because it provides the 20 proteinogenic amino acids and nucleotides – the basic building blocks for DNA synthesis and thus for all cells in the body.

It is therefore fundamentally suitable for anyone who wants to supplement their supply of amino acids and nucleotides in a targeted and precise manner. It can be particularly useful in phases of life or situations with increased needs – for example, in old age, during periods of stress, high levels of exertion, or for physically active individuals.

A notice: The medication should always be taken in consultation with a doctor or therapist, especially in the case of existing health restrictions or intolerances.

What is special about it?

The new, innovative approach to amino acid patterning, which is based on genetic factors rather than on nutritional reference models, also incorporates the nucleotide complex, which provides the building blocks of DNA and RNA. Together with the 20 proteinogenic amino acids, they provide a complete cellular construction kit: nutrients for the body's own proteins (amino acids) as well as building blocks (nucleotides) for the body's own DNA/RNA. If there is an increased need for these nutrients, EAP be a good addition.

What are nucleotides and why are they in the EAP?

Nucleotides are the elementary building blocks of DNA and RNA – they carry genetic information and are essential for cell division, regeneration and energy processes in the body.

In the EAP Nucleotides are contained in a particularly high-quality form:

  • Yeast extract, which is naturally rich in RNA, provides a natural source
  • In addition, it contains specific individual nucleotides such as uridine, cytidine, inosine, guanosine and adenosine 5′-monophosphate – the central building blocks that your body can use directly.

This combination ensures high bioavailability and makes the EAP unique: It not only provides the 20 proteinogenic amino acids for protein synthesis, but also complements these with nucleotides as the basic building blocks of DNA. This makes the product specifically targeted at DNA synthesis and cell renewal – an approach that clearly distinguishes it from traditional amino acid products.

What is the difference to other amino acid products?

The product contains all 20 proteinogenic amino acids– not just the essential ones, but all those that are construction of proteins according to the genetic code are involved. It thus provides the complete building blocks for the body's own protein synthesis.

In addition, the recipe is made with our Nucleotide complex supplemented with all permitted nucleotides. Nucleotides are the basic building blocks of DNA in the body and play a central role in cellular functions and renewal processes – they work synergistically with amino acids.

In addition, the yeast extract contained in the nucleotide complex provides plant RNA, which provides compounds rich in ribonucleic acid and thus usefully complements the nutrient complex.

The composition is rounded off by Vitamin C, which contributes to normal collagen formation – important for blood vessels, skin, teeth, gums, bones and cartilage.

With this unique combination, the product takes a innovative pioneering role: The exceptional complexity and finely tuned composition make it an outstanding product that is rarely found on the market in this form.

Do I need other amino acids in addition to EAP?

The EAP is geared towards DNA synthesis. It provides all 20 proteinogenic amino acids and additional approved nucleotides – a concept that follows the blueprints in our DNA and is based on the exome-based amino acid profile. This makes it an all-rounder for basic nutrition – but not specifically designed for muscle building.

Each of our amino acid products has a clear focus and USP: This product serves as a DNA-oriented supply, while others focus specifically on different aspects or contain specific amino acids in adjusted amounts.

What is important is: Amino acids should always be supplemented specifically and according to needs. People with increased needs—such as athletes—can also consider combining them with special amino acid products for sports, in consultation with a doctor or therapist. However, taking multiple supplements indiscriminately or without professional advice is not advisable, as dosages should always be individually tailored to provide optimal support to the body.

Why is the product in capsule form?

Since developing the flavor for a powder product, especially for an amino acid blend like this one, and since we avoid the use of artificial preservatives, flavors, or flavor enhancers, is very complex and time-consuming, we initially opted for a capsule product. Likewise, dosing is more clearly regulated with a capsule product than with a powder. At the same time, we are currently developing a powder blend for the "exome-based" amino acid concept, which is planned for the future.

I can't tolerate amino acids, can I still take these?

The EAP contains all 20 proteinogenic amino acids in a ratio based on the human exome. This provides a balanced blend – in contrast to pure EAA preparations, where individual amino acids can be very highly dosed.

In addition, the amino acids are administered in capsules. This means they are released more slowly in the digestive tract than in powdered products, which can improve tolerance for more sensitive individuals.

Nevertheless, everyone reacts differently. Those who are particularly sensitive should discuss taking the medication with a doctor or therapist beforehand.

Upon request to our customer service, we are also happy to send individual product samples in case of serious problems with compatibility.

Can I also open the capsules?

Yes, if you have trouble swallowing the capsule, you can also open it, stir it into a glass of water, and then drink it. Amino acids are generally very stable. However, you should drink the glass of water fairly soon after stirring, as external influences such as oxygen can affect the stability of the amino acids.

What is the difference to the “MAP” (Master Amino Acid Pattern) concept that we use in our Essential Aminos product?

The Master Amino Acid Pattern contains all 8 essential amino acids (EAAs) in a specific ratio based on a nutritional concept. This ratio corresponds to what the body needs to build its own proteins from the EAAs. The exome-based amino acid pattern, on the other hand, is based on a genetic-biological approach. EAP contains All 20 proteinogenic amino acids, i.e., all amino acids involved in the construction of the body's own proteins. This includes the 8 essential amino acids as well as the 12 non-essential amino acids. EAP is based on the genetic blueprint of proteins.

Why should pregnant and breastfeeding women consult their doctor?

There are no specific safety tests or EFSA recommendations for this product for pregnant and breastfeeding women. Therefore, we cannot make a general recommendation for use for these groups.

To best consider your individual situation, you should always discuss taking the medication with a doctor or specialist beforehand. This ensures that the benefits, dosage, and tolerability can be appropriately assessed in each individual case.

Ist EAP vegan | vegetarisch?

Ja, die Aminosäuren werden sowohl fermentativ als auch synthetisch hergestellt und auch die weiteren Inhaltsstoffe sind für Veganer | Vegetarier geeignet.
